Lyudmyla Boysan serves as an IBEN Workshop Leader, Programme Leader, School Visit Team Member, Authorization Consultant, and Evaluation Team Leader, alongside her role as MYP–DP Academic Coordinator. She is also a certified Concept-Based Curriculum and Instruction Trainer, bringing a specialised focus on designing deep, transferable learning through concept-driven approaches.
With nearly two decades of international education experience, she has held senior leadership roles as MYP and DP Coordinator and Grades 5–12 Academic Coordinator. She has successfully led IB programme implementation from inception through authorization and evaluation, while building coherent, high-performing academic systems within IB continuum schools.
Her consultancy work is centred on IB programme development, leadership coaching, and the strategic alignment of curriculum, assessment, and pedagogy. She works closely with school leaders and educators to design sustainable, future-focused learning environments grounded in concept-based and inquiry-driven practices, strengthening both student agency and international-mindedness.
In parallel with her leadership and consultancy work, Lyudmyla facilitates IB workshops globally and delivers professional learning in concept-based curriculum and instruction, supporting schools in moving beyond content coverage towards deeper understanding and meaningful knowledge transfer.
Through her workshops, consultancy, and school visits, she translates IB philosophy into refined, practical strategies that empower schools to achieve continuous improvement and lasting educational impact.
