Known for her practical and collaborative approach, Beth has supported more than 500 inspections and works closely with school owners, boards and leadership teams to drive high‑impact, strategic change.
Selda Mansur is an experienced school leader and IB educator with over 15 years of international experience in school leadership, curriculum design, and accreditation consultancy. She supports schools through IB Feasibility, Candidacy, Authorization, and Evaluation stages, aligns multiple curricula and accreditation standards, and designs bilingual and collaborative teaching systems that embed teacher voice and ownership.
As an International Education Consultant and Pedagogical Leadership Specialist, I design professional learning that is intentional, contextual, and co‑constructed with each school I partner with. My work is grounded in lived practice: I continue to teach while leading pedagogical development, ensuring that every collaboration is informed by the realities of the classroom. Hanan Abo Ahmad is an IB Arabic B Trainer committed to strengthening the quality of Arabic language education through purposeful, inquiry‑driven practice. Her work focuses on developing teacher confidence, improving classroom pedagogy and supporting schools in delivering authentic, student‑centred learning aligned with IB philosophy. Through targeted training, assessment guidance and collaborative capacity building, she helps Arabic departments elevate their practice and create meaningful, lasting impact for learners.
Andrew Watson and the SusEd team support schools and systems through four interconnected services. They lead School Co‑Design & Transformation, helping communities align purpose, pedagogy, culture and systems into a coherent learning model. Their Leadership Development & IB Pathway Training builds values‑driven leaders with the clarity and capability to navigate complexity and lead learning. Elly Anastasiades is a licensed counselling psychologist and Emotion‑Focused Therapy specialist based in Pafos, Cyprus, with extensive clinical, academic, and research experience. With over 2,500 clinical hours and an MA in Counselling Psychology while completing a PhD, she works with individuals and couples on depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, trauma, grief, addiction, eating and appearance‑related concerns, and complex emotional regulation. Elly combines evidence‑based EFT, advanced empathic attunement, and targeted work with shame and anger, and contributes to the field as Journal Manager for the European Journal of Counselling Psychology and a researcher at the Eating and Appearance Research Laboratory, focusing on body image, inclusion, and long‑term emotional resilience.
Seden Chouseinoglou is an IB consultant and programme leader with 20+ years’ experience across PYP, MYP and DP, serving as an IBEN Workshop Leader and Evaluation Leader who helps schools strengthen programme implementation, leadership capacity, and sustainable, inquiry‑driven practice.
Kathryn Walsh is an HR and operations consultant with over 15 years’ experience in British international schools, specialising in large‑scale recruitment, global relocation, HR compliance, and safeguarding. She supports senior leaders to build robust people systems, prepare for COBIS and UK accreditation, and strengthen operational capacity across international contexts.
Iman Ragab is a senior IB educational leader and IBEN consultant with over 18 years’ experience across Egypt, Dubai, and Saudi Arabia, specialising in designing and scaling fully aligned IB continuums (PYP–MYP–DP).
