Executive Biography
I am an independent education consultant with over 15 years of experience leading schools as principal, vice principal and curriculum coordinator, as well as advising international programs (such as IB PYP, MYP, DP, and EC) from kindergarten through university levels. The U.S. government granted me an EB-1 Extraordinary Ability Green Card recognizing my work in international school administration, curriculum design and accreditation consultancy, allowing me to partner with school boards, investors, and leadership teams to build clear, stable institutional strategies. I have worked on the ground in Turkey, Cyprus, Jordan, and Indonesia, and I have consulted for schools in over 20 other countries across the U.S., Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and the Asia-Pacific region.
An active leader within the IB Educator Network (IBEN) since 2012, I now serve as an official Application Reader, Remote Consultant, and School Visit Team Member in the IB Americas region. Previously, I helped more than 35 international schools in the IBAEM and IBAP regions with their feasibility studies, candidacy, authorization, and compliance evaluations. Throughout my career, I have specialized in helping schools set up practical governance systems and align local national curricula with complex international accreditation standards.
Consultancy Focus and Philosophy
My goal is to help schools become completely self-sufficient rather than just chasing quick compliance fixes. I coach school leaders (Heads of School, Principals, and Program Coordinators) to build teaching environments where the team collaboratively develop curriculum documents and policies. By mentoring teams to foster “voice, choice, and ownership” within their daily work, I help schools build genuine staff involvement long before an official inspection team arrives.
Core Advisory Areas
Candidacy, Authorization and Evaluation Strategy; I align school structures with global standards for authorization, guide leadership through the mandatory 5-year Evaluation Self-Study, and refine multi-year action plans, budgets, and school policies.
Multi-Standardization and Multi-Framework Cross-Mapping: I connect different educational programs to create a single, clear instructional model. This includes mapping the IB continuum (PYP, MYP, DP) alongside alternative and national systems such as Montessori, High Scope, Cambridge Primary, and IGCSE.
Bilingual Education and Collaborative Teaching Systems: I design bilingual frameworks for early childhood and primary schools. This includes restructuring master schedules to give teachers dedicated time to plan together, ensuring collaborative work directly improves classroom teaching.
Sustainable School Governance and Financial Models: I build stable operational models, manage school budgets, and help boards balance local legal requirements with global accreditation standards.
Mock Inspection Visits and Compliance Readiness: I run simulated inspection visits (on-site or remote) based on my years of experience as an official school evaluator. This involves auditing paperwork and interviewing stakeholders to catch compliance gaps early.
Impact Track Record and Strategic Strengths
School Leadership and Growth: As a school principal, I managed complex budgets, hired international staff, and doubled student enrollment by clarifying the school’s curriculum and building community trust.
School-Wide Evaluations: I have led or consulted for comprehensive feasibility, authorization, and evaluation self-studies for major global education network schools (including the global Inspired Education Group, Turkish ISTEK and FMV groups), organizing data across K-13 divisions to ensure excellent compliance marks which led to successful authorization / evaluation reports.
Teacher Training: I have designed and run more than 30 international professional development workshops across 18 countries, training over 1,000 educators.
Availability: I am based in Miami, FL, and available for remote and on-site consultancy in the Americas region, and elsewhere.
