Overview
Adriana brings nearly 20 years of experience in Early Childhood Education and currently serves as Head of Kindergarten. Since moving from business to teaching in 2006, she has focused on strengthening early years provision across American and IB bilingual schools in the UAE, underpinned by a professional Early Childhood qualification from the University of Wisconsin–Stout.

Leadership & Operational Impact

Adriana oversees Kindergarten operations, curriculum development, and quality assurance. Her leadership has contributed to improved inspection outcomes through robust systems, targeted coaching, and sustained staff development. She prioritises structured planning, consistent routines, and collaborative professional practice to drive measurable progress and well‑being.
