Nele Noe is an international education leader with over 20 years’ experience shaping K–12 learning ecosystems, leading national reforms, and designing curriculum and professional learning frameworks across diverse global contexts. She has partnered with Ministries of Education, international school groups, the British Council, UNESCO, and INGOs to advance inclusive, future‑ready education systems.

Nele has directed school start‑ups, led school improvement and turnaround projects, and supported accreditation and inspection processes with bodies such as the British Council, SACS, NEASC, and the IB. She played a pivotal role in establishing ACS Doha International School, coordinated bilingual education reform in Qatar, and oversaw K–12 ESL provision at the Saudi Academy in the United States.
