Overview
Nadine El Agha is a bilingual educational leader, consultant, trainer, and PhD scholar with more than 20 years of experience across the UAE and the wider MENA region. Her expertise spans school improvement, inspection readiness, leadership development, curriculum review, teacher training, assessment, literacy and numeracy development, and educational innovation.
Throughout her career, Nadine has worked at both school and system levels, supporting hundreds of schools, school leaders, and educators to strengthen teaching quality, improve student outcomes, and build sustainable improvement cultures.
Leadership & System Impact
Currently serving as Senior School Planning and Development Specialist, Nadine leads school improvement and development planning initiatives across more than 300 schools. She trains principals, cluster managers, and academic specialists on inspection frameworks, school self-evaluation, improvement planning, classroom observation, evidence-based reporting, and data-informed decision-making.
She has designed and led national and regional programmes focused on literacy, numeracy, teacher development, instructional coaching, and academic support, while also contributing to policy development, educational reform, and leadership capacity building.
