This belief is not a slogan. It is a philosophy – one that guides how I lead, how I connect, and how I envision the future of education and innovation.

Passion and Leadership in Harmony
Leadership, when rooted in passion, becomes more than management – it becomes mentorship.
True leaders help others see potential where they see limits, talent where they see uncertainty, and opportunity where they see only challenges.
Youth Tech Festis the embodiment of that principle.
It’s a space built to empower, where children aged 6–18 from all backgrounds can explore their creativity through Entrepreneurship, Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics (ESTEAM).
It’s a celebration of their natural gifts – and a platform where learning transforms into action.

Our strength lies in collaboration.
Working alongside exceptional partners such as Sean Alinov, whose dedication to innovation and creative learning perfectly aligns with this mission, we continue to build a global community devoted to meaningful education.
Together, we strive to inspire – not just to teach.
Because leadership is not about control; it’s about cultivating confidence, curiosity, and compassion in others.
It’s about showing every young person that they already possess the gifts they need to thrive and empowering them to use those gifts to their fullest.
Turning Passion into Impact
At Youth Tech Fest, inspiration becomes tangible.
Through the ESTEAM Projects Contest, Edutainment Fair, and Family Sports Bonanza, thousands of children experience what it means to innovate collaboratively.
They learn that technology is not about machines -it’s about people, creativity, and the courage to think differently.
When I see a child presenting their first robotics solution or explaining how their eco-project can benefit their community, I’m reminded of my own purpose: to help them achieve their best with the gifts that they have.
A Legacy of Empowerment
The greatest test of leadership is not how much we achieve, but how much we enable others to achieve.
My lifelong mission – and the foundation of Youth Tech Fest – is to nurture creativity, compassion, and courage in young people, so they carry these gifts into adulthood.
This is why the phrase “Inspiring young minds to achieve the best that they can with the gifts that they have”is not simply a motto.
It represents a way of leading, teaching, and living – one that transforms education into empowerment and knowledge into purpose.

As we approach 7 February 2026, Limassol will once again become a hub of passion, creativity, and collaboration.
